Company profile
XenoBiosis has established unique technologies and know-how enabling it to extract isolate and identify active components from complex biological mixtures. The company has a patented industrial technology and additional know-how for extracting and upgrading extracts from plant material. In a sales and lease back construction XenoBiosis has built a multi-purpose production site in Lelystad (The Netherlands).
With its superior Ginkgo extract, selling in a business to business model, XenoBiosis has by the end of 2009 a perfect cash-cow for further development. Ginkgo has an established market, easy to penetrate. XenoBiosis has a Ginkgo leaf drying production facility in China as a Joint Venture, that for the major part will be funded locally.
XenoBiosis’s key persons involved in this project have years of experience in both pharmaceutical development and the international field of business.
XenoBiosis has the know-how for product development up and including pharmaceutical development where it will make use of internal capacity and specialized capacities from its huge international network of institutes and scientists. XenoBiosis has or has access to a huge portfolio of new possible products for the pipe-line.
Science and Technologies or Services
As former head of Bioanalysis, Metabolism and Biochemistry within a multinational pharmaceutical industry, the CEO has designed several technologies enabling very efficient metabolism studies and nature of residue studies. Two of these technologies are patented.
Besides these analytical and preparative techniques also industrial extraction technologies have been developed. One spin-off product of this industrial technology is a new supererior Ginkgo extract, GinkgoTerp, at 95% purity level.
