Company Profile
MedSciences Capital is a venture capital fund that exclusively invests in companies developing diagnostics, therapeutics, or medical devices for human use. We are interested in early- to mid-stage companies with a significant growth potential. Our geographical focus is on the Benelux countries.
We may invest up to approximately € 2.5 million per company. If your financing need goes beyond that amount, we invest together with other professional capital providers.
We actively support our portfolio companies in both strategic and operational matters, either directly or through our network.
MedSciences Capital operates as a part of Kempen & Co, a merchant bank offering capital management, corporate financing, and security trading services in a number of specialty fields, including life sciences.
