Our 90 clients are dynamic companies and organizations who appreciate doing business with a landlord who understands their business needs and is prepared to supply flexibility in physical space and in rental contracts. MATRIX Innovation Center offers standard rental contracts for one year. Units have a standard carpet, wireless internet connection and telephone, standard illumination and air-conditioning.Finally MATRIX Innovation Center contributes actively to the community of organizations in Science Park Amsterdam by organizing happy hours, presentations, receptions and other activities where people meet and greet. MATRIX Innovation Center started in 1989 and grew from one building of 3,000 m2 to a community of five buildings with 16,000 m2 in 2009.

Recently the topsector plan Life Sciences & Health was published and presented to Minister Verhagen, of the so-called ELI Ministry. The document is an amazing compressed 60-pager, based on months of hard work by the group of experts chaired by Roel Fonville, and summarizes the conclusions after dozens of 1-to-1 meetings, five regional group sessions with dozens of opinion leaders and after having received over 170 (!) memo's, white papers and letters of intent.
