Company Profile

In 2005, MAC3PARK started Life Sciences Center Oostervaart. Last November, the former site of the Koninklijke Vermande was renovated and upgraded. This location fits perfectly into the vision of MAC3PARK on offering flexible business accommodation. It’s ideal for starters and growing companies who are situated in Flevoland and fit within the Life Sciences theme.

The companies settled in the Life Science Center are involved in development, manufacturing and sale of veterinary diagnostic tests and research in the field of medicine. Recently the topsector plan Life Sciences & Health was published and presented to Minister Verhagen, of the so-called ELI Ministry. The document is an amazing compressed 60-pager, based on months of hard work by the group of experts chaired by Roel Fonville, and summarizes the conclusions after dozens of 1-to-1 meetings, five regional group sessions with dozens of opinion leaders and after having received over 170 (!) memo's, white papers and letters of intent.
