Novo Nordisk and VUmc work together in educational programme
VU Medical Center (VUmc) and Novo Nordisk have signed an agreement to offer Prisma also through general practitioners and care groups.
Prisma is an educational programme on diabetes type 2 focused on empowerment. It helps patients to increase their knowledge about diabetes and to better handle the disease. VUmc offers the program to patients since 2007. Novo Nordisk supports the training, coaching and implementation for general practitioners and care groups.
