AMT Nominates Three Executives to Supervisory Board

Amsterdam Molecular Therapeutics (AMT) has nominated three international pharmaceutical executives to join the Company’s Supervisory Board of Directors: Joseph M. Feczko, Steven H. Holtzman, and François Meyer.

The Company has issued a notice for an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on September 20, for the election of the nominees. In connection with these proposed appointments, George Morstyn will step down from the Board.

In addition, the company will expand its management team. Dr. Claudia Meyer will join the Company as Director Regulatory Affairs, and Dr. Gerald Haase as a senior clinical consultant.

Recently the topsector plan Life Sciences & Health was published and presented to Minister Verhagen, of the so-called ELI Ministry. The document is an amazing compressed 60-pager, based on months of hard work by the group of experts chaired by Roel Fonville, and summarizes the conclusions after dozens of 1-to-1 meetings, five regional group sessions with dozens of opinion leaders and after having received over 170 (!) memo's, white papers and letters of intent.
