ABMC granted subsidy to accelerate growth

According to a bio-cluster benchmark study by InnoTact Consulting the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area has all the necessary ingredients to grow into an internationally leading bio-cluster.

With the help of a Pieken in de Delta subsidy, the project Amsterdam BioMed Cluster for accelerated growth should speed up this process by gaining more critical mass.

Concrete actions foreseen are the active acquisition of new business in collaboration with Amsterdam inbusiness and the science and business parks in the region, and offering customized business support to the many small startups in the region.

The 2-year project is co-financed by the Cities of Amsterdam and Almere and by the Province of Noord-Holland.
