Many survivors of childhood cancer have heart desease

More then a quarter of the children that have recovered from cancer, as a young adult has a heart condition that can lead to heart failure.

That is the outcome of a study done by researches of the Emma Children's Hospital AMC in Amsterdam. The results have been published in Archives of Internal Medicine on July 26.
